Hey there! We are so happy you found your way to our Summer Retreat. The Universe works in a pretty amazing way. The Jens behind this weekend retreat are here to help you reconnect to your inner knowing and create strategic, aligned next steps to move you forward in your business and life.
This is an intimate retreat and community for purpose-driven women entrepreneurs who are ready to make big moves in their businesses by FINALLY having a strategic plan that will keep them moving forward with aligned action. Our secret sauce is helping you learn to listen and harness the wisdom inside of you. Get yourself out of the hustle culture doing #allthethings “they” tell you to do and discover the gift of living with intention.
The Retreat gives women the space and mentorship to take their business to the next level combined with the intimacy and pampering of a well-deserved girlfriend retreat. Because there are no more than 20 women attending, you have a chance to make real-life support networks for your business and life. By curating the right group, and remaining a small but mighty group, we can focus on the business development needs of every woman attending.

What’s in it for you?
The Retreat has three main components: Strategic business planning, intuitive and personal development, and of course connections. We’ve intentionally woven these worlds together so you’ll leave the weekend feeling supported, connected, and focused on your next right steps. We know that your business goals are within your grasp.
The strategic planning sessions will take you from overwhelmed to full of clarity and direction. Get clear on what you truly want for your business and plan the steps you need to get there. (One such strategy session is how this retreat was dreamed up.)
The intuitive development sessions will give you tools on how to connect, trust, and develop your inner wisdom. Your soul has all sorts of ways it wants to connect with you. Find out your dominant paths and get clear on how to harness that wisdom.
The connection piece is obvious but it can change your world. We all know the stories of life-changing things happening because of just one person and connection.
You’ll also have the opportunity to relax and renew your spirit through an included massage, meditations, yoga, sound healing, tarot card reading, and an astrology chart reading.
A private chef will prepare delicious, family-style meals for us. An abundant amount of snacks and chocolate will be available as well. No hangry ladies on our watch!

If you are looking for a deal, early bird pricing is $1995 and includes everything listed below. (Early bird pricing ends April 30th.) If you join us in May, the price is $2295.

Not looking forward to driving every morning and night? Flying in from out of town? We have 3 bedrooms available for Friday and Saturday night at an additional cost. They are first-come, first-served. $300/night for a private room. Get your business bestie, or make a new one, and share a room for $150/night per person (single queen-size bed).

Meet the Jens behind the Retreat
Jen Woodward has spent the last 13 years learning personal mind mastery tools and how to apply them to her life as a person and then as a mother. As a lifetime learner, she’s taken course after course to explore relationships, personal development, mind-body connection, parenting, and intuition development. She’s a mom to four kiddos and is passionate about helping create a world where children grow up knowing how powerful they really are. Her undergrad was in architecture and marketing, but she’s more proud of the work she’s done learning about people and helping them claim their power through various healing modalities. She received a 650-hour yoga therapy teacher certificate, as well as a 200-hour holistic nutrition certification. She loves helping people with their mind-body connection and creating self-care routines that are sustainable. She often hears she’s “the most efficient person” people know and is a master at integrating all the parts of life. She is ready to create the space for you to claim who you are.
Jen Burwell has spent the last 13 years helping nonprofit and for-profit organizations grow and scale while building healthy, people-centric cultures. She has had the opportunity to work with companies of all sizes, from Fortune 500 Companies all the way to pre-revenue entrepreneurs. Through her work, she has discovered her passion for helping women entrepreneurs tap into their inner wisdom to create businesses that impact the world while creating a lasting legacy for her family. As a busy mom to 3 kiddos under the age of 7, she understands the need for streamlined processes and effective strategy so that we can live fully in all of the roles our life requires. She holds many certifications including Trauma Integration Practitioner, DISC & Business Communication Facilitator, Emotional Intelligence Guide and Acumen Facilitator. In addition, she is a trained facilitator, implementer, coach, and speaker. In 2020, she was named the Tempe Chamber of Commerce Business Woman of the Year. She has also owned multiple businesses and understands the joy and struggle of entrepreneurship firsthand and cannot wait to meet you!
I am so beyond happy and motivated after meeting with Jen Burwell for business strategic planning. Yes! If you’ve been dreaming up a business but don’t know how to get started this is exactly what you need. You’ll have the strategy and wisdom you need to hit the ground running. As long as you have an idea, we can figure out the next aligned steps you need to take. You also have the benefit of learning from others who have been there throughout the weekend!
Jen B has facilitated strategic planning for businesses small to large including a range of newly formed businesses to businesses that have been around for years, even decades. She has taken the tools her 20+ million in annual revenue clients use and applies them to small businesses in a simple and effective process to create a framework for businesses like yours to grow and scale.
